How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week of the first conversation. The first thing we do is sit with your team. That does not need a long runway or a signed statement of work.
What does the first engagement look like?
A short, paid discovery on-site: we watch how the work actually happens, map the real process, and come back with the smallest system that would fix it. You get the map whether or not you continue with us.
What does it cost?
It depends on how deep the operation is, so we quote after discovery, not before. What we will not do is sell you a platform you do not need in order to raise the number.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
On-site where it matters: discovery, rollout, and the first weeks of real use. Building happens wherever it is fastest. Being in the room is the whole point of a forward deployed engineer.
We already have software. Can you work with it?
Yes, and usually that is the cheaper answer. Excel, WhatsApp, and whatever system you already paid for are inputs, not obstacles. We connect before we replace.
